“We need 200 pcs. The box must comfortably carry up to 5 kg of content and not dig into the hand.” So we designed and produced durable gift cases with a focus on ergonomics, strength, and a premium appearance.
The goal was to create a representative, reusable case for traveling salespeople. It had to withstand frequent handling, accommodate various product combinations, and still look impressive when presented to clients.
In addition to durability and carrying comfort, we addressed sustainability, logistics, and a consistent brand impression across the market.
Construction and material
A sturdy laminated foldable case made of multilayer cardboard and a plastic ergonomic handle with padding and rivets for comfortable carrying without digging in.
Design and branding
Full-color printing, glossy lamination for a premium look and increased abrasion resistance, interchangeable inner inserts for various product combinations.
Load capacity and testing
Reinforced edges and a double bottom to maintain the box’s shape even after repeated use. Comfortable weight distribution in the hand thanks to a wider base and a centered handle.
Sustainability
Recyclable cardboard as the base, plastic handle as a separately detachable component.
Logistics
A batch of 200 pcs underwent quality control and was distributed directly to the sales representatives.
