The Matrix brand announced a collaboration with the music group KATSEYE through a secret launch.
2YK style underlines the brand direction and communication
Matrix approached us with a vision for an original announcement of new ambassadors. We ensured the complete preparation of 16 influence packages, which included a functional clam phone and instructions on how to use it to find out more information.
The brand stands out for its color. We chose the typical pink color for the phones and a rainbow range for the cards. This color was tempered by the envelopes in natural colors, which gave a mysterious impression at first glance.
Stylish “clamshell”
To complete the aesthetics of the entire launch and connect the brand’s communication, we chose pink clamshell phones.
Unique voice message
After a short ring, a preset voice message from the KATSEYE group had to be played. It was crucial to set everything up correctly through our system.
Testing
We previously verified calls to the US for all numbers, as the number with the message was, in keeping with the origin of the Matrix brand, American.
Branding
Each phone and all related materials were branded with the Matrix logo.
Transport and unboxing
Delivery to addresses required good preparation for transport. Every detail of the unboxing creates the final impression.
We created 16 unique PR packages that included clues to a unique experience.
Packages were sent to influencers’ addresses in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Sometimes express delivery was used so that everyone would receive the envelope at a similar time.
The entire order took us only 16 days, 12 working days. From the inquiry to the shipment and delivery of the last package.
