Lidl Forest. A one-day corporate teambuilding event where employees head into nature to plant new trees together and help restore Czech forests.
Connecting people, nature,
and meaningful energy
Our goal was to create a safe, comfortable, and inspiring environment that would allow participants to experience a day full of collaboration, joy, and real impact on nature.
The event regularly takes place in terrain without standard infrastructure. No electricity, no water, no paved roads. We therefore had to ensure everything was in place so the event would run smoothly in any weather.
Comprehensive facilities in the heart of nature
We built a mobile event base — tents, seating, a catering area, and technical facilities with power generators and water tanks.
A program that brings people together
We complemented the day with an accompanying program — video presentations from previous editions, a musical performance, and a keynote lecture by Jakub Vágner, the project’s ambassador.
We can handle the whims of the weather
We anticipated that the weather might not be ideal. We therefore provided sturdy tents, heated areas, and waterproof elements to ensure comfort even in rain or wind.
Participants share a common goal. This teambuilding event consistently strengthens company culture, relationships, and joy.
Lidl Forest has become a strong teambuilding experience that regularly brings together employees across departments and regions. Each year, a quarter of a million trees are planted.
Throughout the entire process, the client was in contact with only our event manager. The saved time and energy could therefore be used elsewhere.
The Lidl Forest event proves that even a corporate event and teambuilding can be authentic and sustainable.
