By giving consent to the processing of personal data, the data subject grants permission to the company Concierge Management s.r.o., with its registered office at Ukrajinská 1487/2A, 101 00 Prague 10, Company ID: 24658928, VAT ID: CZ24658928, registered in the Public Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 164026/MSPH (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), to process the following personal data of the data subject within the meaning of Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Processing Act”):
The first name, last name, company name, address, telephone number, and email address must be processed for the purpose of sending email newsletters and providing services. These data will be processed by the Controller for the period strictly necessary, no longer than one year from the last communication.
By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject gives their explicit consent to the processing described above. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to info@teamfeher.com or by sending a letter to the contact details of the controller company Concierge Management s.r.o., Ctiradova 12, 140 00 Prague 4.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller.
